Course structure
This online course consists of an introductory session, followed by eight 1.5-hour lessons. Each lesson presents insights from Maharishi AyurVeda, supported by modern scientific findings, as well as practical recommendations for day-to-day living.
How the course works
- The online course will take place between 7.30pm and 9.00pm UK time and starts with a Free Introductory Session on Monday 18 October
- This will be followed by eight lessons over nine weeks, starting Thursday 21 October
- Each lesson will consist of a 1-hour pre-recorded session followed by a 30-minute Q&A
- 8-lesson course fee: £40 (£20 for previous participants)
- If you miss a session, online catch-ups will be available for up to a month.
The pre-recorded lessons are wonderfully engaging and easy to follow. Each lesson features renowned Maharishi AyurVeda practitioner Dr Karin Pirc and physiologist Dr Keith Wallace. They make very clear the fundamental principles of Maharishi AyurVeda, and provide a practical path that will help you look after your own health and that of your family.
The course and Q&A sessions will be hosted by Dr Geoffrey Mead and Vaidya Amitha Rudraraju. Both are very experienced UK-based Maharishi AyurVeda practitioners, who will answer any questions about you have.
